Permanently close your FocusPace account
You can delete your FocusPace account from inside the app. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your app account and app-controlled data.
Before you delete your account
Account deletion cannot be undone. Make sure you are signed in to the correct account and save anything you may need later before continuing.
If you have an active paid plan through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in the store first. Deleting your FocusPace account does not automatically cancel store-managed billing.
Delete your account in the FocusPace app
- Open FocusPace and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app
Email contact@squaretailstudio.com with the subject Privacy Request from the email address connected to your FocusPace account. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
