Bring the tasks, cards, notes, mistakes, maps, and saved resources for one goal into a single workspace, then watch your readiness build as you work.

1What milestones are for

A milestone is bigger than a task. It's a goal with shape: an exam, a project, a chapter to master, or a deadline you do not want sneaking up on you.

The workspace pulls the whole learning loop together. Tasks, due cards, open mistakes, notes, Focus Maps, and saved resources all sit in one place, so you can see what still needs attention without hunting through the app.

2Creating a milestone

Open the Plan tab and tap Add Milestone.

  1. Give it a concrete title, “Final Exam: Macroeconomics” beats “Studying more”.
  2. Add a description, pick a colour, and set the deadline.
  3. Open the detail page to start linking content.
Tip

The workspace gives you a readiness score, a deadline pace, and quick access to the content that affects the goal. It is not just a folder, it is a small dashboard for the outcome you care about.

3Using the workspace

At the top, the workspace shows how ready you are, how close the deadline is, and where the weak spots are. Cards, tasks, mistakes, depth, and consistency each contribute a signal, so the score feels connected to real work instead of a vague percentage.

Spark insights can help you decide what to do next. If mistakes are piling up, it may point you there first. If cards are due, it nudges review. If focus time is light, it reminds you to do a real session instead of only organizing.

For example

If the workspace says “72% ready” with open mistakes and due cards, your next move is obvious: clear the mistakes, review the cards, then come back and watch the readiness move.

4Connecting content

Below the workspace, Connected content is split into sections: Tasks, Pages, Revisions, Focus Cards, Focus Map, and Library. Tap the add action in a section to link something you already made, or create something new when you need it.

Linked items start counting toward the milestone right away. A task completion, a card review, a resolved mistake, or a focused session all become part of the same picture.

For example

Made a card deck last week but never filed it? Open Focus Cards on the milestone, link the deck, and it becomes part of the goal instead of floating around by itself.

5Organizing with topics

Topics are optional groups inside a milestone, think chapters, units, or weeks. For “Final Exam” they might be Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and International Trade. Move items between topics or unlink them as things change.

Tip

A good milestone should feel calm, not heavy. Use topics when they help you find things faster; skip them when the goal is small enough to stay simple.
